Troubleshooting
- Soft Reset
- From Wired Keypad
- Press the unlock button
- Manually close the door
- Press & hold stop for 10 seconds until lights are rapidly flashing
- Within 5 seconds of lights rapidly flashing press close
- Your doors are now Reset
- From Touchscreen
- Press the unlock button
- Manually close the door
- Scroll Over to the Features page
- Press & hold System Reset (for about 10 seconds or until bubble highlights in green)
- Your doors are now Reset
- Call Us!

- From Thinline Keypad: Call Summit Automation at (480) 500-5468
- From Wired/Wireless Keypad
- Press Open
- Solid blue light and flashing red light will appear
- At this time, input factory code (1234)
- Once code is entered, red and blue lights will flash
- As lights flash, hold down 1 & 2 (at the same time) for about 15 seconds. Only the red light should be flashing rapidly at this time
- After about 15 seconds, both the red and the blue lights will then start flashing. At this time, enter the passcode twice in a row. [If the blue light stops flashing and the red light starts flashing slowly before you are able to start entering the code, restart the entire procedure]
- Once the new code is entered, the blue and red lights will flash and then will turn off
- Now new passcode should be active
