Troubleshooting

  1. Soft Reset
  • From Wired Keypad
    • Press the unlock button
    • Manually close the door
    • Press & hold stop for 10 seconds until lights are rapidly flashing
    • Within 5 seconds of lights rapidly flashing press close
    • Your doors are now Reset
  • From Touchscreen
    • Press the unlock button
    • Manually close the door
    • Scroll Over to the Features page
    • Press & hold System Reset (for about 10 seconds or until bubble highlights in green)
    • Your doors are now Reset

  • From Wired/Wireless Keypad
    • Press Open
    • Solid blue light and flashing red light will appear
    • At this time, input factory code (1234)
    • Once code is entered, red and blue lights will flash
    • As lights flash, hold down 1 & 2 (at the same time) for about 15 seconds. Only the red light should be flashing rapidly at this time
    • After about 15 seconds, both the red and the blue lights will then start flashing. At this time, enter the passcode twice in a row. [If the blue light stops flashing and the red light starts flashing slowly before you are able to start entering the code, restart the entire procedure]
    • Once the new code is entered, the blue and red lights will flash and then will turn off
    • Now new passcode should be active
